Refund & Return Policy

This page explains how refunds and returns work on Haileeb across all categories. These rules guide our decision when buyer and seller disagree. For the fastest resolution, always try the seller chat first.

✅ Eligibility — Accounts

When your order is eligible
  • The account was compromised.
  • The account was not delivered within the guaranteed delivery time.
  • Login details are incorrect.
  • The account is not full access (no email access and you cannot change the email).
  • The account is not as described, and you have not done any of the following:
    • Changed login details
    • Played on the account
    • Made purchases on/for the account
    • Resold the account
When your order is not eligible
  • You purchased by mistake and it was delivered.
  • You changed the login details (for “not as described” claims).
  • You altered the account (played or made purchases).
  • The account was banned/shadow-banned due to your actions (e.g., botting, toxic behavior, contacting game developers).
  • Evidence of “not as described/working” is posted outside of Haileeb.
  • The account was not purchased on Haileeb.
In login-issue disputes, we allow the seller at least 12 hours to investigate before action.

✅ Eligibility — Currency & Items

When your order is eligible
  • The seller didn’t fully deliver within the guaranteed time.
  • The seller failed to disclose certain risks (excluding RWT) that negatively impacted your account.
  • Only partial delivery occurred within the guaranteed time.
  • Your account was affected by currency/items obtained via cheating or fraud.
When your order is not eligible
  • Items/currency weren’t bought on Haileeb.
  • The guaranteed delivery time hasn’t yet passed.
  • Evidence of incomplete delivery is posted outside of Haileeb.
  • Your account was banned due to RWT or disclosed risks.
  • You provided an incorrect account/character name and the order was delivered.
  • You traded the items/currency back to a different account.
    Never accept any trades after completion.

General Rules

Warranty: 14 days (or extended if you purchased an extended warranty).
Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7 days depending on your provider.
Tip: Contact the seller first; they aren’t obligated if the order is as described, but many will help.

Requesting Refunds — Step by Step

  1. Contact the seller in order chat. If the order isn’t completed, they may cancel it.
  2. If there’s a disagreement, raise a dispute from the order page.
  3. Our team will review evidence from both sides and take appropriate action.
  4. If cancelled, funds (minus applicable fees) are returned to your Haileeb balance. Using your balance for a new order has no extra charges.
  5. To refund back to your original payment method, contact support after cancellation.

Refund Methods

Store Credit (Default)

On cancellation, funds are first credited to your Haileeb balance for instant reuse.

Original Payment Method

Available for all payment types. Timing depends on provider/bank processing.

Return Policy

If the order is as described

Haileeb does not mediate returns and sellers aren’t obligated to accept them. You may still request a return if the goods are undamaged and safe to return.

If the order is not as described

You should request a return if the goods are undamaged and you did not alter the account by:

  • Changing login details
  • Playing on the account
  • Making purchases on/for the account
  • Reselling the account
Altering the account may void eligibility.
