You as a consumer expressly consent to the loss of the right of withdrawal from the contract as set out in Article 9 of the Directive 2011/83/EU on the basis of exception provided in Article 16(m) of the Directive (link) and acknowledge your understanding that this consent results in loss of the right to unilaterally terminate the contract under the Directive and applicable law.

Haileeb is an online platform, where Users are connected to Selling Users who provide various digital goods and services connected to various video games. As a marketplace, Haileeb does not typically purchase any Digital Goods, Digital Services or digital content, nor accounts, neither from the Selling Users or third parties, and does not sell or resell Digital Goods or Digital Services to Users, except possibly for certain specific situations or offers, where such offers shall be clearly described. Without anything showing otherwise, please assume that Haileeb acts only as a commercial agent of the Selling Users.
Haileeb extensively checks and vets the Selling Users who are allowed to list their offers on the website, to ensure compliance and increase safety for all users of the website. Haileeb is not affiliated with any video game publisher or developer. All intellectual property (copyrights, trademarks, etc.) regarding an individual video game is the property of that game's respective publisher and/or developer and not of Haileeb.

1.1.6 “Service Provider” refers to Haileeb Traders and Consultancy LLC.
1.1.7 “Website” is the Haileeb website available at Haileeb.gg.
1.1.8 “Game Rules” means all binding terms, conditions, and regulations between the User and the owner/rights holder for a particular video game, relating to the ownership and use of such video game.
2. Eligibility

4.2 Selling Users must apply for verification and provide additional personal details as described in the verification process on the Website.
4.3 All information provided must be accurate. Haileeb is not liable for any damages or losses if the User or Selling User provides false or incorrect information.
4.4 The User is obligated to use the Website on their own behalf and not allow the usage of their Account by other Users, Selling Users, or other individuals.
4.5 The account login and password information must be adequately protected from access by others. The account is non-transferable and cannot be inherited. It is prohibited to have more than one account.
4.6 Haileeb reserves the right to suspend accounts for violations, misrepresentation, inactivity, or at its discretion.
4.7 If a User’s or Selling User’s account is suspended or removed due to a breach of the Terms, Haileeb has the authority to freeze or remove any balance that remains on such account.
5. Know Your Customer (KYC)
Summary: We may request identity verification; transactions can be paused until completed.

5.1 Haileeb reserves the right to perform a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all types of Users, including but not limited to Selling Users, Buyers, Boosters, Coaches, and other participants on the Website.
5.2 By using the Website and its services, all Users agree to comply with the KYC process if requested by Haileeb. The KYC process may require Users to submit identification documents, proof of address, and any other necessary information to verify their identity.
5.3 Haileeb may initiate the KYC process at any time, regardless of the User's activity status on the platform. The KYC process can be conducted during registration, prior to completing a transaction, or at any other time deemed necessary by Haileeb.
5.4 Haileeb reserves the right to place any ongoing transactions on hold until the KYC process is completed to the satisfaction of Haileeb. Transactions will only be resumed once the User has successfully passed the the KYC verification.
5.5 If a User fails to complete the KYC process or provide the required information within the specified timeframe, Haileeb reserves the right to suspend the User's account and cancel any pending transactions. In such cases, Haileeb may also withhold payments or issue refunds at its sole discretion.
6. Services and Purchases
Summary: You buy from Selling Users; Haileeb is an intermediary; know what you’re purchasing.

6.1 Users can purchase Digital Services and Digital Goods from Selling Users under the terms and specifications as listed on the Website.
6.2 Upon purchasing, Users may be required to provide specific in-game or account information necessary to complete the purchase and deliver the Digital Service or Digital Good. Users are obligated to provide such information when requested.
6.3 Upon completion of an order, Users can manage the order via the Client Dashboard.
6.4 Haileeb acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actual service or good provided by Selling Users. However, Haileeb reserves the right to approve or disapprove sales requests by Selling Users after examining the Digital Goods or Digital Services, in order to maximize safety for Users.
6.5 Users confirm they understand the product/service they are purchasing and accept any associated risks.
6.6 The Service Provider reserves the right to apply service fees on the Digital Goods and Digital Services offered by Selling Users on the Website.
7. Compliance with the Game Rules
Summary: You must follow the game’s own rules; violations can lead to immediate termination and penalties.

7.1 The User declares they are entitled to conclude, execute, and settle the Agreement through which they order the service, meaning that it is consistent with the Game Rules or has been granted by the owner of the game or other authorized entity giving permission to do so. Otherwise, the User is obligated to stop using the Website immediately.
7.2 The Service Provider declares that the Website is not available to individuals who are not entitled to conclude, execute, and settle the Agreement.
7.3 If a User fails to comply or has failed to comply with any of the conditions set out in this Article, the Service Provider may terminate their agreement with immediate effect. Any fees for such agreements will be kept by Haileeb as contractual penalties for breach of the obligations under this Article.
8. Delivery and Completion

8.2 Digital Goods are considered delivered once account credentials or items are shared and the User gains full access.
8.3 Users must report any issues immediately upon delivery, without using or modifying the delivered good or service result. Failure to promptly report an issue shall be considered a waiver of the right to refund.
8.4 If a delivered Digital Good or Digital Service includes any kind of access credentials, Users are obligated to change such credentials immediately upon delivery. At a minimum, this means changing the passwords of such credentials after service completion, in accordance with the rules and specifics of the individual video game. Users must follow the Service Provider’s instructions on such matters as well as instructions provided in the Haileeb Help Center
9. Refund & Warranty Policy
Summary: All sales final; refunds/warranty only per rules and within periods; use the platform to resolve issues.

9.2 If a Digital Good or Digital Service is not delivered or not as described, the User will have a right to a refund if such faults are reported immediately, and the product or service has not been used or modified by the User.
9.3 Digital Goods (accounts) include a 14-day free warranty. An optional lifetime warranty is available for an additional payment, as listed on the Website.
9.4 Refunds can be issued, at Haileeb’s discretion:
9.4.1 As store credit (minus processor fees, processed instantly).
9.4.2 To the original payment method (within 7 days).
9.5 Refund requests must be submitted via a ticket on the Website.
9.6 Refunds or compensation are only available within the warranty period.
9.7 In case of a dispute, Users agree to resolve issues through Haileeb’s support system before attempting chargebacks.
10. Pricing Adjustments
Summary: For fairness, we may adjust pricing/convert services (e.g., LP/MMR issues) and pause if you play ranked.

10.2 Specifics of why, when, and how such pricing adjustments may occur and are calculated shall be available at the Haileeb Help Center, and Users are obligated to refer to the Help Center.
10.3 Boosting orders may be paused or modified if the User plays ranked games during service or selects incorrect LP gain.
11. User Obligations

11.2 Users agree not to infringe upon the rights of third parties in any way. Users are responsible and liable for following the terms of service of individual video games in connection with their use of the Website. By purchasing any Digital Good or Digital Service, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable usage instructions, warranty terms, refund eligibility, and service rules outlined therein.
11.6 Haileeb reserves the right to update the Help Center content at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the current version of these guidelines both before and after making purchases. Continued use of the Website implies acceptance of all updates.
12. Seller Obligations

12.3 Selling Users are obligated to issue invoices for their goods or services upon request by the User or by Haileeb.
13. Payments

14. Chargeback Policy

15. Liability

15.2.3 Game bans, account suspensions, or other consequences imposed by video game publishers or developers.
15.2.4 Losses caused by User behavior or third-party services.
15.3 The features and services on the Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Service Provider hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of condition, quality, durability, performance, accuracy, reliability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. All such warranties, representations, conditions, undertakings, and terms are hereby excluded.
15.4 The Service Provider and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever (including but not limited to damages for loss of profits or savings, business interruption, or loss of information), whether in contract, negligence, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, resulting from any of the following:
15.4.1 The use of, or inability to use, the Website.
15.4.2 Any defect in goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained from a User or a third–party service provider through the Website.
15.4.3 Any claims or demands that a User’s manufacture, importation, distribution, offer, display, purchase, sale, and/or use of products or services offered or displayed on the Website may violate or may be asserted to violate third-party rights; or claims by any party that they are entitled to defense or indemnification in relation to such assertions, demands, or claims.
15.4.4 Unauthorized access by third parties to data or private information of any User.
15.4.5 Statements, conduct, or material posted by Users of the Website, including defamatory, offensive, or illicit material.
15.4.6 Any other matter relating to the Website.
15.5 Regardless of the previous provisions, if the Service Provider is found to have liability, its liability is limited to the greater of:
a) The amount of the specific transaction in dispute,
b) The amount of fees in dispute not to exceed the total fees which the User paid to Haileeb Traders and Consultancy LLC in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to the liability, or
c) EUR 100.00.
16. Intellectual Property

16.4 Haileeb is not endorsed by any video game producer, publisher, or distributor, and does not reflect their views or opinions or anyone officially involved in producing or managing any of the video games listed on the Website.
16.5 Each User hereby represents, warrants, and agrees that they have obtained all necessary third-party copyright, trademark, trade secret, or patent licenses and permissions … and that such manufacture, offer, sale, importation, and/or distribution of those products violates no third-party rights.
16.6 Without limiting the foregoing, nothing in these Terms authorizes the use of the Website, Digital Goods, Digital Services, or your account in any manner to develop, train, enhance, or provide source material for, or promote, any Generative AI Tools. … “Generative AI Tools” means any tool or computer program that uses algorithms or technology commonly known as artificial intelligence or machine learning to create or generate content …
